About Harry
Harry joined Dorchester Baptist Church as our senior pastor in October 2008 having previously served at Lliswerry Baptist Church in Newport, South Wales for 16 years.
He previously trained as a builder and worked as a project manager with John Laing Construction and later studied for the ministry at Spurgeons College. He is married to Alice and they have two grown up children, Catherine and Matthew.
Alice and Harry are very proud grandparents to Lola-Rose, Catherine and Rob’s beautiful daughter .
Harry loves people and works hard at the pastoral care of the church members and believes and preaches the Word of God but his greatest passion is prayer and living a life totally surrendered to Jesus.
Harry enjoys walking and watching sport, especially football! He doesn’t particularly care for decorating! He’s not too bad at DIY!
