Messy Church
The idea is to get families, children and grown-ups of any age, fully involved together in a very interactive expression of church.
Saturday 16 January and Saturday 27 February - 3:00pm–5.00pm, The Dorford Centre.
Messy Church is not a new idea, in fact someone asked recently, “is there any other kind of church?” So far we have experimented with the idea, dipping our toes in… but now it is time to take the plunge!
The idea is to get families, children and grown-ups of any age, fully involved together in a very interactive expression of church. This will involve craft activities, story telling, worship and eating together (a very important part!) all themed around a particular Bible passage or story. Once people get the idea, this has really taken off in many places. We think it might be BIG.
